Meet The Team
Jack Luber – President/Owner
Jack grew up along the NJ Shore. He purchased a beach condo in Surfside Beach before moving permanently to Murrells Inlet, SC, in 2005. After a successful career in sales and marketing, Jack founded Coastal Carolina Home Watch in 2005. In 2010, Jack became the founding member of the National Home Watch Association, where he serves as Executive Director. Jack’s other passion is the stage. After taking a 25-year hiatus from performing, he can frequently be seen on area stages, appearing in musical comedies and dramas. He is very active with charities and community-based organizations, serving as a board member of the Horry-Georgetown Children’s Recovery Center and raising funds for Murrells Inlet 2020. Jack is a supporter of the American Cancer Society and is a member of the Friends of Brookgreen Gardens. He is especially fond of the National MS Society and Tidelands Hospice House of Georgetown, SC. In his spare time, you might find him on a golf course.
