Steven Montesano – President/Owner
Steven Montesano hails from Gilford, CT and brings a world of experience to CCHW. With an extensive background in real estate development and home building, He knows how to identify potential problems and issues in both newer and older homes. A skilled handyman, Steven can perform tasks in a home that do not require an occupational license, and this has proven incredibly valuable to our clientele. Having spent two years learning the ropes of Home Watch, Steven became a partner in Coastal Carolina Home Watch. A resident of Myrtle Beach since 2016, Steve and his wife Deb have embraced the beach life, spending lots of time there. They also love the theater.

Position
Vickie Trout joined the CCHW team as an administrative assistant in December 2023. She moved to Myrtle Beach SC in 1997 from Hyattsville MD Prior to joining the CCHW team in December, I worked for a property management company as an account receivables manager and office assistant. I will be Steven’s “eyes and ears…. when he is in and out of the office.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, going to the beach, crocheting, and gardening. Her professional goal is to provide exceptional service and take care of all CCHW clients’ questions or issues in a timely matter.
