The ever-increasing number of foreclosures taking place makes your empty home a very tempting target. And in areas like the Coastal Carolina Lowcountry, there are always people coming and going.

Coastal Carolina Home Watch offers inspection programs that are customized to your situation. We will be at your home at random times so as not to show a pattern. We will walk the property, check for damage, vandalism, and weeds, as well as retrieving any mail or brochures before they pile up, which is a sure sign of an empty home. Our comprehensive checklist includes the exterior and interior of your home. We’ll make you aware of any problems or concerns we have and give you our take on things. We always have your best interest in mind. And we’ll perform our service while both respecting and protecting your privacy.

Your Home Watch service will be performed on a pre-determined schedule. We offer inspection plans on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, based upon your needs. We can also accommodate customized schedules. Our inspector will send you a report upon completion of their inspection. We use the latest tablet technology and Home Watch software in order to pass along pertinent information to you directly from your home. Our software operates on an encrypted network, and passwords are changed on a regular basis, thus protecting your personal information. For your convenience, our website has been equipped with a feature that lets you request work, set appointments, view invoices and most importantly, let us know when you’ll be in town.
